By purchasing or redeeming a KINKOMA™ gift voucher, you agree to the following terms:
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Expiry dates are final and cannot be extended.
• Vouchers may be redeemed for Human Design sessions, KINKOMA events, retreats or other KINKOMA offerings, depending on availability at the time of booking. Please note this excludes Specialised Kinesiology.
• Vouchers are valid for the nominated dollar value or service listed on the voucher only.
• If the chosen service exceeds the voucher value, the balance is to be paid by the recipient.
• All sessions are by appointment only.
• Bookings must be made by contacting KINKOMA directly or via an approved booking link.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure preferred dates and times.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• They may be gifted or transferred to another person once, but must be used within the original validity period.
• Standard KINKOMA cancellation policy applies to voucher bookings:
– 48+ hours’ notice: session may be rescheduled.
– Less than 48 hours’ notice / no-show: the session may be forfeited.
• Late cancellation or no-show bookings will be deemed redeemed.
• Please treat your voucher like cash — lost, misplaced or stolen vouchers may not be replaced.
• A booking confirmation or receipt may be requested as proof of voucher ownership.
• Offerings and pricing may evolve over time as KINKOMA grows and expands.
• If an offering listed on the voucher is no longer available, the voucher amount may be transferred to a different service of equal or higher value.
