By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to the following:
1. Redemption
Gift cards can be used for any Sleepy Smalls Co. service, workshop, product, or digital resource available through the online store.
2. Delivery
Gift cards are issued electronically to the purchaser or nominated recipient after payment is processed.
3. Validity
Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
4. Non-transferable
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is provided.
Unused balances remain available until the expiry date.
5. Booking requirements
Bookings made using a gift card remain subject to availability.
6. Lost or incorrect email details
Please take care when entering recipient information. Sleepy Smalls Co. is not responsible for gift cards sent to an incorrect email address provided by the purchaser.
7. Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable except where required under Australian consumer law.
