By purchasing or using this gift card, you agree to the following terms.
1. Voucher use
This voucher is for four in-home 45-minute consults. These sessions can be booked weekly or spaced across the year as needs arise.
2. Service area
In-home visits are available within the designated service region. Travel fees may apply for locations outside this area.
3. Redemption
The voucher can be used only toward eligible in-home consults. Bookings remain subject to availability.
4. Validity
The voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
5. Non-transferable
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and no change is provided. Any remaining balance stays active until the expiry date.
6. Delivery
Vouchers are issued electronically to the purchaser or nominated recipient once payment is processed.
7. Lost or incorrect email details
Please ensure recipient details are entered correctly. Sleepy Smalls Co. is not responsible for vouchers sent to an incorrect email address provided by the purchaser.
8. Refunds
Vouchers are non-refundable except where required by Australian consumer law.
