Using vibration, voice, and deep listening to support your journey
These one-on-one sessions are designed to support your body, mind, and spirit as you prepare for, or integrate after, the transformative experience of birth.
We begin by setting a shared intention and discussing any physical, emotional, or energetic concerns you’d like to explore. From there, you’ll rest fully clothed on a massage table, surrounded by soft music and a calm atmosphere as we move into gentle healing practices.
I incorporate tools such as singing bowls, vocal resonance, and sound vibration, which help to prepare the body for labor by softening tension and activating your own voice and breath. In labor, your sound is one of your most powerful allies, and these sessions offer a chance to reconnect with your voice in a safe, supported way.
Each session is intuitively tailored, and may include breathwork, guided meditation, energy work, or ceremonial elements depending on your needs.
Afterward, we’ll take time to process and integrate the experience, addressing any lingering questions or insights that arise. My intention is to create a safe and nurturing space where you can release, restore, and feel more grounded in your journey, whether you’re preparing for birth or healing in the postpartum.
