In this class, we’ll explore birth as a human, sacred, and embodied experience. You’ll receive both grounded information and intuitive tools that support you in approaching birth with more confidence, calm, and trust. Not just to “cope,” but to surrender and to welcome birth with presence and love.

Partners are supported too with straightforward tools, clear guidance, and hands-on practices that help them feel more confident in their role. This class speaks to everyone in the room, offering a shared language and experience that strengthens connection and teamwork in birth.

This class is ideal for those planning an unmedicated birth at home or in a birth center. We do not cover hospital based procedures or advocacy

Coping tools you can actually use: breath-work, movement, sound, rebozo, counter-pressure, hip squeezes, and positions

Herbal wisdom for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum

Connection and community with other birthing families
