Section 7 - Accountability & Expectations

As an intern, you are expected to uphold the following:

Internship Structure:

A. Onboarding Period (Week 1): Complete initial orientation and introductions.

B. Training Period (Weeks 1-3, depending on tasks): Learn required skills and workflows.

C. Determination Period (Week 4) *: During this period, we evaluate interns using our rubric to determine if they will continue with the internship, focusing on:

  • Heart & Attitude: Teachable spirit, servant-heartedness, and willingness to grow.

  • Skills & Competence: Ability to complete assigned tasks effectively.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Clarity, responsiveness, and teamwork.

  • Growth Mindset: Openness to feedback and desire for personal and professional development.

D. Ongoing Excellence Period (Week 5–End): Continue serving with reliability, growth, and integrity while fulfilling your internship role.

E. Completion & Offboarding Period (Final Week): Wrap up tasks, submit reflection, and celebrate your growth as you transition out of the internship.

*Important: Access to the course/platform or product will only be granted after successfully passing the Determination Period.

Integrity & Covenant Compliance:
Interns who do not uphold our values or covenant may have their internship revoked. Consistently disregarding the covenant and/or failing to respond to three corrections may result in removal to protect the integrity and safety of our students and team.
