Background Check Policy:
To ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all students in our care, all program leaders, mentors, and direct service volunteers are required to undergo a comprehensive criminal background check prior to participating in any Standard Club activities. Individuals with convictions related to sexual offenses, child abuse or neglect, domestic violence, violent crimes, or other offenses deemed harmful to children or youth will be automatically disqualified from volunteer service. We are committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment where every young man can grow, lead, and thrive.

Volunteer Commitment Policy:
All leadership and support roles within The Standard Club chapters are fulfilled by dedicated volunteers who generously offer their time, skills, and service. These positions are not compensated financially, as we rely solely on individual donations, sponsorships, and community support to fund our programming. Our impact is powered by purpose, not payroll—and we’re grateful for every leader who helps us raise the standard for the next generation.
