Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions(this “Agreement”) governs your attendance at and/or participation in a Blend LLC (referred to herein as “Blend” or “us” or “we”) sponsored Event (referred to herein as an “Event”). By purchasing a ticket(s) for the Event, you are agreeing to these terms, which form a legal contract between Blend and the registered attendee and/or participant (“you”). If you are registering on behalf of another, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them, and by completing the registration you are warranting that you have made the attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms. All sales are final. No refunds or credits shall be issued for “no shows,” cancellations, substitutions, or for any other reason, including without limitation, interruption, postponement, cancellation, or relocation of the Event due to any cause determined by us to be beyond our reasonable control. Neither Blend nor its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event or other aspect related thereto or in connection with this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that Blend, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue and time. Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation any travel and/or accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you, and we shall have no liability for such costs. Blend reserves the right, in its sole and unfettered discretion to: (i) change or modify the layout of the Event and/or relocate the Event, sessions, exhibits or presenters; (ii) cancel, in whole or in part, the Event due to an event of force majeure; and (iii) change the date, location and duration of the Event, all without any liability to Blend. You agree to hold Blend harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by you in connection with the foregoing. Blend may reschedule any cancelled Event in its sole discretion. In the event that (i) the facility or venue at which the Event is to be held or is held is destroyed or becomes unavailable for occupancy or (ii) Blend is unable to permit any attendees to occupy the facility or the space, or (iii) if the Event is cancelled or curtailed, for any reasons beyond the control of Blend, including but not limited to, casualty, explosion, fire, lightning, flood, weather, epidemic, pandemic, government mandates, earthquake or other Acts of God, acts of public enemies, riots or civil disturbances, strike, lockout or boycott, then Blend will not be responsible for any loss of business, loss of profits, consequential or special damages or expenses of whatever nature that you may suffer.
