I confirm that all participants are medically fit to take part in a 9D Breathwork session. We understand this is a wellness experience, not a substitute for medical advice, and that participation is voluntary and at the individual’s own risk. We have advised our team that it is not recommended for those with serious heart or lung conditions, pregnancy without clearance, or any medical restriction on intense breathing. We have advised our team of the nature of the session, and they may opt out at any time. On behalf of the organisation and participants, I release Ironbark Breathwork, its facilitators, and staff from any liability, claims, or damages that may result from participation in the session. I agree to forward the Liability Waiver Form to all participants and have advised them they will be required to sign it prior to the session commencing, if they choose to participate.
